Associate of the Global Mobility practice, Cécile Cottin-Dusart assists companies with managing the employment and tax considerations for expatriate employees.
With regard to global mobility, Cécile Cottin-Dusart works on issues related to international transfers, coordinating international tax and salary considerations, calculating employer costs, putting in place mobility policies, assessing benefits and tax systems, and handling expatriate litigation related to benefits. She also has experience assessing loss for employees and executives who are made redundant.
Cécile Cottin-Dusart regularly gives classes in international tax law, international social security systems, international labour law and expatriate employee compensation policies, at the Université des Sciences Sociales of Toulouse and at professional seminars.
