Ismaël Koné is involved in collective relations (including corporate restructuring, collective bargaining, employee representatives and professional elections) and in the management of individual labor relations.
Before joining Vaughan Avocats in September 2018, Ismaël Koné was a collaborating lawyer in the Social Department of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe (Europe) LLP. He has also completed several internships, notably in the Social Department of the Fidal cabinet as well as in the Social Department of the CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre.
