A collaborator in Vaughan Avocats’ Bamako office since September 2016, Mohamed Diallo participates in supporting companies and investors in their development and investment operations in the OHADA space.
Mohamed Diallo mainly practices in business litigation, in particular in the framework of operations of realization of guarantees and debt collection, for Malian banks and companies of credit insurance. He also assists the Firm’s clients in commercial, civil and labor courts.
Before joining Vaughan Avocats in September 2016, Mohamed Diallo worked as a Collaborator at SCPA Le Sankore for three years. Prior to that, he worked at Jurifis Consult, a leading business law firm rated Band 1 in the General Business Law category by Chambers & Partners.
