Biography

Sandra Thiry favors a pragmatic approach to mobility, enabling companies to rely on Vaughan Avocats for all matters from the departure of employees, right up to their return: legal counsel, preparation of contracts, packages, international social security, management of issues related to reintegration, taxation, affiliations and payroll. She helps her clients to apply and/or develop their own mobility policy and internal procedures, she provides assistance in the practical implementation of proposed solutions, and she gives companies the option to outsource some or all of their international mobility services.

Sandra Thiry has also developed a substantial practice counselling executive directors within the context of negotiating departures, returning from expatriation or changing residence and offers advice on optimizing their management package in an international context.

Sandra Thiry teaches at the University of Paris I, and also provides in-house training modules to companies.
