Wenmei Zhang provides legal advice on a daily basis to the HR management teams of medium-sized companies and of large multinational groups, on the management of their industrial relations, often under fraught circumstances.
Wenmei Zhang assists the Firm’s client with their reorganisation and restructuring projects, and in all the employment law aspects related to company takeovers. She has, more specifically, provided her assistance in putting in place restructuring plans and closures of factories, entailing the implementation of workforce reduction plans and training programs and issues regarding transfers of staff. She has thus been responsible for handling collective disputes (class actions) involving particularly complex and sensitive cases.
Within the Human Resources team, Wenmei Zhang works with a variety of companies in different business sectors, including the automotive, consulting, IT, hotel and pharmaceutical sectors.
